ClerkImp

Hey, can you please remind me to...

Everyone needs a tiny secretary sometimes, ClerkImp is exactly that.

A small human-powered reminder service built around a simple idea: technology should make life easier, not more complicated.

For only $1, you are asking a real human to remember something and remind you later - once, or repeatedly. We will add your reminder to the planner and make sure an email arrives when you want it. Need it tomorrow? Each Friday? Every 3 months? Once a year? We'll remind you on the schedule you choose.

Your dollar helps pay for the human who personally schedules your reminder and the technology that quietly keeps everything working.

Simple. Personal. Human.

Why do they need all this info about me...

We don't. Remember when the internet was just useful instead of demanding?

There are no apps to install, no accounts to manage, no surprise subscription costs, no advertisements, and no data collection whatsoever. Just a simple service that does one job well. We don't treat your information like a product because it isn't one. We only use your e-mail to provide the reminder you asked for—nothing more, ever.

We won't send you offers or upgrades; there will not be any feeds competing for your attention. Your information stays yours. We don't build profiles, sell data, chase engagement, or try to match your keywords to future ads. Once your reminder is scheduled, our job is simply to remember for you as long as you need us to.

One tiny dollar for one tiny task.

Why do I need to get an app that does just one thing?

This is our App-less service for you.

You won't install apps that force data-tracking accounts. It's like asking a helpful coworker or a hotel front desk to make sure you don't forget something important later. Humans will read your request and get it scheduled for you, then keep it going if you need us to.

A dollar buys something that's becoming surprisingly rare on today's internet: a small service performed by a real human being. In fact, you don't even need this website - simply send your $1 and reminder instructions through PayPal/Venmo. We'll take it from there.

A small cost for a small favor, as humans have done for thousands of years.
